  • Schedule and attend all vendor meetings and interviews
  • Recommend vendors in accordance with style and budget
  • Attend site visit(s) with client to establish the event style, direction and flow
  • Unlimited face to face meetings, phone and e-mail communication/advice for client
  • Guidance on wedding etiquette
  • Create budget; manage deposit schedule and payments
  • Review and negotiate all vendor contracts
  • Decor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design
  • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
  • Create complete timeline for celebration and share with all vendors
  • Lead all-vendor walk-through
  • Provide guidance and sample text for printed materials including: save the date, invitation, ceremony program, and menu
  • List Blush Moments as a point of contact on website, save the dates, invitations and welcome notes
  • Format guest list for calligraphy
  • Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
  • Schedule and book all guest and family transportation to/from ceremony and reception
  • Collate, stamp and mail save the dates and invitations
  • Advise on menu planning
  • Coordinate sample table
  • Source and order items and packaging for favors and welcome gifts bags
  • Provide and maintain spreadsheet templates for the following: guest list, RSVP’s, seating plan, photography shot list, payment schedule and “do not play” list
  • Coordinate aspects of rehearsal dinner (including but not limited to; site scouting and decor design)

 30 days prior to event

  • Recommend vendors in accordance with event budget and style (henna, desserts, hair, makeup etc).
  • Attend one site visit with client to establish the event style, direction and flow
  • Unlimited phone and e-mail communication/advice for client
  • Regularly check on client’s progress and to do list
  • Review all vendor contracts
  • Décor conceptualization and stylistic input
  • Assistance with save the date, invitation, program and menu wording
  • Advisement on menu planning (as applicable)
  • Attend tasting and sample table
  • Provide spreadsheet templates for the following: guest list, RSVP’s, seating plan, photography shot list, payment schedule, ceremony music, and reception “do not play” list
  • Lead all vendor walk through
  • Create complete timeline for celebration and share with all vendors
  • Serve as point of contact/liaison for all vendors
  • Design and configure layout for Henna night, walkway to ceremony, lunch before wedding, large tent and exterior cocktail hour as well as ceremony setup.

Wedding Week

  • Attend final meeting with client (via Facetime) and collect all celebration elements
  • Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors
  • Provide schedule for family and VIP guests
  • Coordinate all printed materials
  • Coordinate with venues to prepare for upcoming events

Wedding Day(s)

  • Create a detailed timeline of entire wedding day and distribute to vendors
  • Call all vendors to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding day
  • Create a wedding day details list to include all items to be brought and taken home
  • Offer advice on etiquette and protocol
  • Unlimited phone and email advice and answers to questions
  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
  • Meet with bride and groom to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
  • Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
  • Coordinate vendor meals
  • Assist wedding party, family members, guests as needed
  • Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
  • Pass out programs
  • Organization of processional and recessional
  • Make sure the marriage license is signed and given to the Officiant or mailed in
  • Detail placement of any ceremony and reception items
  • Gather and take down any and all ceremony and reception items and store them in designated location
  • Secure gifts and cards with person of your choice
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
  • Review all vendor contracts
